The tools I use in my coaching will help you transform your 'way of being' and put the ideas into practice immediately.

  • Influence people around you and put them into action without nagging them
  • Precisely use language to lead conversations that helps reduce arguments
  • Grow your career by developing the most essential skills for every profession
  • Remain centered during challenging times by navigating your emotional barriers
  • Build, maintain, and repair your relationships by developing trust as a skill

Why Developing Your Relational Skills are Critical For You to Become a Successful Leader

Our educational systems mostly focus on reason, thinking and the development of technical skills. In the process, we have neglected relational skills. Here is a model that shows what I mean:

When we pursue a career, we focus our learning on the technical side. We study the models, theories, standards, processes and best practices of the profession we are pursuing. This approach is true whether we are studying to become a lawyer, plumber, accountant, chef or school teacher. Deep technical knowledge is what makes us experts in our field. It is essential for us to do our work.

However, the area we have not put our attention on is the relational side. Emotions, communication, trust and human interaction are what we learn there. We have all heard of the brilliant surgeon who lacks empathy or the ability to talk with his or her patients in a comforting manner. We know people who are amazing in programming computers but do not know how to build relationships or listen to other people’s perspectives. It is easy to see that the most competent person will have both in-depth technical knowledge and rich relational skills. This synergy makes any person more competent and better able to serve others.

Improve Your Three Centers of Relational Intelligence

The three domains of language, emotion and body operate as a dynamic coherence that is continually
changing and adapting, continually learning. Shifting in one domain will create a shift in the other
two. Sustainable learning and change is not possible without all three domains being involved.
